The words appraise,argue, judge and support make it seem like a debate would be a suitable exercise for evaluate. Eg. Given an assigned topic, position on the topic and opponent, students will be able to hold a three round debate in front of the class.

"At the end of the lesson the SS will be able to assess the truhfulness of a marketing annoucement that offers a product for free, after recieving explanations and examples about how marketing works" (Evaluate). "At the end of the lesson SS will be able to formulate a research hypothesis after reading a cientific text" (create). The first one is about critical thinking, which is an important part of learning any language and the second one was the closest to a English lesson that I could imagine.
I got it. I understood wrong in making objectives. I though it only related to English elements and tense, such as SWBAT use simple past after this class. So if I make an objective like: "SS will be able to author an article related to genetically modified food in the future in English" This is a objective in create level?
Can anyone give me an example of objective in evaluate and create level of English lesson
